Print Quota Reset
As part of the Stern Campus Greening Initiative, print quota has been reduced to 1000 sheets of free printing credited as 1000.00 Sternbucks in our print system. 1 Sternbuck = 1 sheet of paper. Additional sheets can be purchased through SIMON. Sheets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Remaining sheets at the end of a print cycle (July 1 - June 30) may not be carried over to the next print cycle year.
PDF Print Problem
Having problems printing non-DRM PDF files? Adobe Reader 10x has known issue printing. If your PDF documents are not showing in your print queue and you are using Adobe Reader 10, downgrade to Adobe Reader 9.5 to resolve the problem. Instructions are available for Mac or Window 7.

Mac Lion Support
Stern IT offers limited basic support (wireless, printing, email) for Mac Lion OS. Many of our vendor have yet to release updates for Mac Lion OS. We are testing our services will Mac Lion OS and plan to offer full support in the future.
Security
Stern's security website offers information and anti-virus software for students.
Surveys@Stern
Stern IT is please to annouce the availability of our new survey tool, based on Qualtrics. Surveys@Stern is available to all members of the Stern community from SIMON's Quicklinks.
Laptop Requirement
All full and part-time MBA students and incoming freshman are required to have a notebook computer (please see our laptop policy). The notebook requirement ensures that students will have access to the resources needed to successfully complete Stern's program of study.
Mobile Device Support
For students, Stern IT has added support for Apple iPhone and offers limited support for all other smart phone models. Please visit our website, for a detailed Smart Phone FAQ.
