How to downgrade Adobe Reader 10.1.2 - Mac OS 10x
Objective: Downgrade your Adobe Reader version to resolve problems printing non-DRM protected PDF files.
Note: Follow these instructions only if you are experiencing problems printing non-DRM protected PDF files. This fix will not enable Digital Rights Managed (DRM) protected files to print.
1. Open a Finder window and then click on the Applications folder. Find the folder named "Adobe Reader". Move the "Adobe Reader" folder to the Trash.
2. Go to the Finder menu and select Empty Trash. Confirm that you want to empty the Trash in the onscreen window.
3. Visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ and select your Operating System, then Language, then select Adobe Reader version 9.5 and install.
4. Using Adobe Reader 9.5 should eliminate PDF printing problems.
